Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 4 avocados, peeled, seeded, and mashed
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 -3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- Few drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together; season to taste; chill.
Because food is only delicious when you eat it.
