Beer Muffins (Sharon)
Ingredients:
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2/3 c. sugar (3 Tbs. for bread)
- 1 12-oz. can beer
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Raisins (optional)
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients; add beer; stir in pecans and raisins. Bake in greased and floured muffin pans at 350° for 45 min. (1 hr. for bread)
