Blend in mixer:2 eggs 1 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. peanut oil Add, in order: 3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. cornmeal 4 tsp. baking pwdr. 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbs. sugar Pour into greased 9”x9” pan; bake at 425° for 20 - 25 min.
