Pizza Crust (Debbie V.)
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Olive oil or salad oil
Directions:
Combine yeast, 2 c. flour, and salt. Add warm water (120°-130°). With mixer at low speed, blend. Add rest of flour and blend. Knead dough and let stand 1 hour to rise.
