Sugared and Spiced Nuts

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine sugar, spices, and water. Bring to a boil. Add nuts, reduce heat, and boil gently until liquid cooks away. Carefully spread nuts on waxed paper to dry. When cool, break apart and store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Makes 2 cups
