Hot Oriental Chestnuts
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 8-oz.can water chestnuts (cut in half if large)
- 8 - 10 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- Sugar
Directions:
Combine soy sauce and ginger. Marinate water chestnuts for 3 - 4 hrs. Wrap each in bacon; skewer with toothpick; dip in sugar. Microwave for 7 - 8 min. on high.
