Hot Virginia Dip (Sharon Eller)
Ingredients:
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 5-oz. jar dried beef, minced
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 16-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 Tbs. milk
- 4 tsp. fresh onion, minced
Directions:
Sautee pecans in butter; set aside. Thoroughly mix all other ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Chill until serving time. Bake at 350° for 20 min. Serve hot with crackers.
